Shipping and Handling: Domestic & International

Cost of shipping & handling will depend on delivery destination, carrier of choice & insurance (on all orders within the continental United States.

Additional fees may apply to beyond point deliveries and/or in special circumstances.)

All orders are shipped by standard freight in a secure and rugged shipping crate. We can ship to residential addresses or shipping terminals. You are notified when your order is shipped. Notification includes the exact date of delivery and estimated time of arrival. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping, but every product that we ship is covered by insurance.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE SELLER'S SALES PERSONS MAY HAVE MADE STATEMENTS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. ANY SUCH STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED ON BY THE BUYER IN DECIDING WHETHER TO PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.

THIS PRODUCT IS SOLD WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER.  BECAUSE OF THE DIVERSITY OF CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS PRODUCT MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED. THE USER IS ADVISED TO TEST THE PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING IT. THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PRODUCT.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy :

If a situation arises which requires you to cancel your order, we are willing to consider a partial refund based on the materials that were used. Due to the complex nature of this business, we can not offer any refund once the silicone is poured. However, should your companion arrive with a manufacturer defect or if damaged in shipping, we will work with you to determine whether to have the doll repaired or whether to ship the product back for a refund. Please note, all orders are shipped fully insured through our courier service.

For Credit Card orders :

Your card will be charged a 50% deposit once your order is received and the final 50% on the date your order is shipped.

Please allow  up to 45 days to process you refund.
